I'm sure you already do a lot of these with great ease, but as busy real estate agents sometimes it feels really hard to be able to balance our time to make sure we are always on time, that we have the energy for our body language to come across in a how-can-I-serve-you-way, and to be able to do the extra for our customers, to take the time to be prepared, etc. I've learned that good time management is having to sometimes say no in order to get things I need to get done.
